Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy To secure your appointment with Trashy Girl Junk Removal, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your scheduled time and ensures availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment. Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if notice is given within the 24-hour window. No-Shows: Failure to be present at the scheduled service time without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
